UK DELIVERY ONLY

1. DELIVERY

1.1 Deliveries to addresses within the UK are charged at a flat rate of £9.95 and will be made using the Royal Mail’s Guaranteed Next Day Delivery™ service. All items will be fully insured. 

1.2 Items will be dispatched within 1-2 working days of receiving order and cleared payment.

1.3 A signature will be needed for receipt of the Goods by an adult (aged 18 years or over) at the delivery address whether this is yourself or a member of the household. If there is no-one in when delivery is attempted the postman may leave a card for you to re-arrange delivery at a more convenient time.

1.4 Alternatively, you may need to collect the Goods from your local delivery office. You will be required to produce proof of identity in order to collect your item. Any parcel that has been damaged or tampered with should not be signed for and delivery should be refused.

1.5 We will deliver the Goods to the delivery address given in your Order. It is the buyer's responsibility to ensure that they have given the correct address for delivery as UDB cannot be held responsible for any errors in delivery due to being given incomplete or inaccurate delivery information.  If you pay by debit or credit card, the Goods must be dispatched to the billing address of the card.

2. CUSTOMS, TAXES & IMPORT DUTY

2.1 Should Unicorn Designer Bags agree to ship an item to outside of the UK the delivery costs will be agreed with the buyer and the buyer is fully responsible for all customs fees, taxes and/or import duty to be paid including any handling charges that may be applied by any third party carrier.

2.2 It is the buyer's responsibility to check what customs, taxes and import duties are required to be paid in the country the item is being shipped to.

3. NON-RECEIPT

3.1 In the unlikely event of the non-receipt of an item the buyer must advise Unicorn Designer Bags within 5 working days from the date the item was dispatched that the item has not arrived. UDB will then contact Royal Mail in order fir them to conduct an investigation, however, after 15 working days from dispatch, if the item has still failed to arrive and the tracking does not indicate that it has been successfully delivered, UDB will refund the buyer in full.

3.2 In the event of any item being returned to Unicorn Designer Bags due to failed delivery attempts or non-collection by the buyer from the Royal Mail Local Delivery Office the buyer will be offered the opportunity to have the item resent for an additional delivery charge of £9.95 plus a surcharge of £15.00. If the buyer does not wish to pay for redelivery the original sale price less the original charge for delivery will be refunded to the buyer's original method of payment within 5 working days of receipt of the item back to UDB.
